This facility treats patients with compassion and a lot like the care you would receive from loving family members with an extra dose of kindness. The efficiency here is really good with good record keeping so everyone knows what is going on with patients all day and everyday. The nurses are exceptional and super hard working. There are lots of things for patients to do all day as well. I came here after back surgery, weak and very tired and needed to regain the use of my legs as I could not walk and in no time I started to recover quickly. Therapy is also excellent and has given me the ability to walk again with confidence and all the staff is excellent in therapy and they work very hard to help you reach your goals. I certainly recommend Valley West especially because I know first hand.

This facility has made dramatic improvements since new management took over.  New Administrator since August and staff are more cheerful and residents appear to be better taken care of.  More smiling faces are seen in the halls and dining rooms. Keep up the good work.
